A teacher could create a blog to use with students to teach a particular topic. The student must log in to join the blog and the teacher can refuse any posting or comment. An administrator could use a blog for a school or committee where they have an interest in discussing an issue of even just provide more information to others. A consultant could provide valuable information on their department and share material with teachers and invite comments.
