As humorous as this quote is, it holds a lot of truth. Your future takes planning. There are questions about the future: Who am I? Where am I going? What am I going to do with my life after high school?
This is the place where college and career planning begins. We offer a variety of services including college and career counseling and searches as well as test preparation resources. We also have presentations by professionals in various fields, field trips, job shadowing, and internships to allow students the opportunity to explore colleges and careers of interests.
Each student may begin wherever his or her interest lies and work towards finding a definite direction. The emphasis is on individualizing the process to meet the needs of each person who visits the College and Career Center.
We also offer help with résumé writing, job application review, and current job searches for the school year or summer employment.
The Center is also available to alumni, parents, and Manheim Township residents. We have a myriad of resources for job and career exploration.
