I like MAGPI but I feel like I need about 2 more hours to adequately explore the site. Please give us fewer websites and more ‘play’ time.

I am excited about a video I found on NOVA that I can use for my students.

There is a Canadian Landslide video during the MAGPI Carnival, but I am going to look at it closely, since I do not teach Canada until the Spring

I am thinking about collaborating with Judy Philips! We were thinking about Read Around the Planet with our goal for the students being Integrate library skills and book genre using this diverse media format. This would be a student lead initiative.

I look forward to learning more about the ESL/reluctant learners VC that uses “Wireman” graphic novel. I plan on telling my ESL teacher about it.

I saw a VC opportunity to talk with the author-illustrator of a book I recently purchased, “Do Unto Otters,” a book about learning good manners and how to be a good neighbor.

It was nice to be able to explore the advanced search for collaboration to find some ideas to use with my learning support students.

I hope to figure out how to use a video conference in my classroom, but wonder if it can be effective with just a couple kids for very short periods of time!

I enjoyed the video conferencing experience. I would like to find a conference that focuses on South American or Middle American countries.

I found an individual from Guatemala that it might be beat to meet up with as a video conference

I liked the advanced search and already found a collaboration that might work for my students.

I would eventually like to create a collaboration with an ELL class far across the country and use them as ‘video pen pals’.

I was disappointed to not find a category for “ELLs” on the search engine.
