Tip of the Day:

Add mushrooms to beef dishes–the flavors complement each other beautifully. Plus, the mushrooms bulk up the serving size without adding a lot of extra calories.

Try adding mushrooms to chili (great for this time of year) or chopped fine and added to ground burger (think hamburgers, tacos, etc.). Mushrooms are a source of zinc which is beneficial for proper growth and cell repair and a great source of niacin which is crucial for energy metabolism.
